Choo Traincam Publisher

Privacy policy

Last updated October 22, 2026.

Choo Traincam Publisher is private tooling operated by the owner of Dan’s Traincam (@SeoulTrainCam). It is intended to access only that owner’s selected YouTube channel.

Google and YouTube data

With the owner’s approval, the app stores OAuth credentials and reads the authorized channel’s ID, name and handle to confirm that the correct channel is connected. Its requested YouTube permission also permits editing and deleting videos, ratings, comments and captions. The intended use is to manage the owner’s livestream events, their metadata and thumbnails, and broadcast the owner’s selected camera video.

Google credentials are stored in private files on the owner’s server, outside its served web directories. They are used to communicate with Google’s authorization and YouTube API services. They are not included in public videos or thumbnails.

Use and sharing

Data obtained from Google is used only to operate the owner-authorized YouTube tools. It is not sold, used for advertising profiles, shared with unrelated parties, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Video and event information intentionally published to YouTube is handled by YouTube under its own policies and the visibility selected by the owner.

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and owner control

OAuth credentials are retained while the owner uses the app. The owner can revoke access at Google Account connections and remove the local credentials from the server. Removing credentials does not automatically remove videos or broadcasts already saved on YouTube; the owner controls those separately in YouTube Studio.
